Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using an interactive PetPal feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use interactive features. If you use PetPal for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report unauthorized access.
• Each person must use their own account. One account may manage multiple pet identities, but may not impersonate another person, organization, or pet owner.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by PetPal's breach of duty. PetPal may require email verification, content review, or reasonable security checks.

3. Profiles, recommendations, matching, and meetups

Discover ordering, distance estimates, compatibility indicators, swipes, and matches are informational and may be generated or ranked automatically. PetPal does not verify every statement, guarantee compatibility, perform background checks, provide veterinary advice, or guarantee the safety of a person, animal, transaction, or in-person meeting.

Protect exact location and home-address information, verify a connection, choose an appropriate public place, tell someone you trust, and account for each animal's temperament, health, vaccination status, and local rules.

4. Your content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PetDoing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, copy, process, adapt for technical formats, display, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to operate, secure, promote within, and improve PetPal. The license ends when content is deleted except for reasonable technical retention, backups, safety or legal obligations, and copies already shared with others through the service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including permission from identifiable people, and that the content does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contract, or these Terms. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

5. Community conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not abuse animals or people; facilitate illegal animal sales or trafficking; post sexual exploitation or graphic cruelty; threaten, stalk, harass, discriminate, defraud, impersonate, spam, phish, distribute malware, expose private information, manipulate engagement, evade enforcement, scrape without permission, reverse engineer where prohibited, or disrupt service security or availability.

6. Messages, media, calls, and safety review

Messages and uploaded media use PetPal infrastructure and service providers for delivery, synchronization, and security. Public content also uses moderation services. WebRTC calls may connect directly or use a relay. You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording a call; PetPal does not provide a live-call recording feature.

Automated systems may process public content. Private messages, chat attachments, and private-chat reports are excluded from automated content scanning. Authorized reviewers may handle user reports; automated results do not resolve reports. Low-risk content may be automatically approved; uncertain content may be held. PetPal cannot review every interaction and does not guarantee that moderation will identify every violation. Use report and block controls, and contact emergency services when danger is immediate.

7. Content decisions and appeals

PetPal may reduce distribution, delay publication, request edits, remove content, restrict messaging or matching, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or notify appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or service integrity. Decisions may consider severity, context, credible risk, prior violations, and automation signals. Where an appeal is offered, submit it through PetPal or contact tiandisk001@gmail.com. Repeated or clearly abusive appeals may be limited.

8. Purchases, merchants, and advertising

The public launch does not offer a product catalog, checkout, paid gift orders, or simulated purchases. Real products and payment services are not yet available.

Before a paid feature launches, price, currency, renewal terms if any, taxes, fulfillment, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at purchase. A merchant or payment provider may apply additional terms. Do not use PetPal commerce to buy or sell prohibited animals, controlled goods, or unlawful services.

Ads, affiliate links, or sponsored recommendations may appear and will be identified where required. PetPal is not responsible for an advertiser's external site, claim, or product. Launch advertising is non-personalized.

9. PetPal intellectual property

PetPal's software, brand, design, and service content, excluding user content, are owned by PetDoing or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use PetPal as provided. They do not grant rights to PetDoing names, marks, source code, or datasets.

Copyright complaints

A rights holder may send a written copyright complaint to tiandisk001@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Include identification of the protected work and challenged content, its PetPal location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information, remove content, notify the uploader, and process a valid counter-notice as required by applicable law.

10. Third-party services and app stores

Third-party services have separate terms and privacy practices. If you download a PetPal app from Apple or Google, these Terms are between you and PetDoing, not the store operator. The store operator is not responsible for PetPal support, and its purchase, refund, distribution, and device rules may also apply. Nothing here limits rights that store terms or law give you.

11. Service changes and termination

PetPal may add, test, change, interrupt, or discontinue features. You may stop using PetPal and request deletion as described in the account deletion guide. PetPal may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, credible safety risk, legal requirement, or threat to the service. Provisions that by nature should survive, including ownership, retained licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PetPal is provided “as is” and “as available.” PetDoing disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and safety. PetPal is not a veterinary, medical, emergency, identity-verification, background-check, escrow, adoption, or animal-transport service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetDoing and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, user conduct, offline interactions, animal behavior, or third-party products. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

14. Disputes and applicable law

Contact tiandisk001@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Applicable law governs any dispute without depriving you of non-waivable consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in an eligible small-claims or regulatory forum. These Terms do not presently require individual arbitration or waive class-action rights.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to tiandisk001@gmail.com.
